MOEEN CENTRE is a non-profit organization For Physically Disabled & Developmentally Challenged Young Adults.

Moeen centre has been opened in memory of Moeen, a physically and developmentally challenged young adult, who lost his life in a tragic house fire in December 1996. Moeen Centre began operating in September 2006.

His mother, Ms. Qaisar Alam, has since relentlessly made efforts to keep the memory of her young son alive by serving youths/young adults and their families living with, and dealing with the challenges of physical and developmental challenges.
