MOEEN CENTRE is a non-profit organization For Physically Disabled & Developmentally Challenged Young Adults.

Moeen centre has been opened in memory of Moeen, a physically and developmentally challenged young adult, who lost his life in a tragic house fire in December 1995.

His mother, Mrs. Qaisar Alam, has since relentlessly made efforts to keep the memory of her young son alive by serving youths/young adults and their families living with, and dealing with the challenges of physical and developmental challenges.
